advise will only be delivered by an attorney in our office.
Athough our secretaries and paralegals are knowledgeable about
procedures and are able to answer clients' procedural questions,
they have been specifically instructed not to answer legal
or personal questions. We let clients know that they should
not think them rude if they defer questions to an attorney
in the office.
