Confidentiality
We
maintain the strictest confidentiality with respect to our
files and our conferences, so our clients need not fear about
anything they say to our staff. To preserve confidentiality,
we do not give out addresses, telephone numbers or any other
information concerning our clients. If our clients wish us
to discuss any phase of their case with a relative or other
third person, we will do so only if instructed by them.
However, the legal papers filed with the court are not confidential
as they are public records and open to inspection by anyone.
